Project Description:
The project includes the completion of two (2) 300’ baseball/softball fields with sports lighting. The project may also include but is not limited to roadways, parking, underground storm drainage and utilities, concession and restroom building, pedestrian walks, backstops, Dugouts, vinyl chain link fencing and gates, low retaining walls, signage, uplighting, landscape and irrigation.
Base Bid: Work includes completion of a ballfield complex to include roadways, parking, underground storm drainage and utilities, concession/restroom building, sports field lighting, pedestrian walks, signage, uplighting, dugouts, backstops, vinyl chain link fencing and gates, landscaping and irrigation.
Alternate #1: SPORTS FIELD LIGHTING: upgrade lighting package to include concrete poles at 50 Foot/Candles (FC)
Alternate #2: HARDWOOD MULCH : upgrade pine straw to hardwood mulch.
